Enjoy working with data, staying organised and supporting a busy team? Join our Water and Drainage Management division as a Commercial Administrator on a fixed-term contract (FTC), providing day-to-day commercial administration support to our Quantity Surveyors and Contracts team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, methodical and comfortable working with numbers and documents. You’ll play an important role in supporting the commercial and operational teams, helping to keep information accurate, processes on track and commercial records up to date.
With exposure to areas including payment applications, cost reporting, invoicing, procurement and commercial administration, this role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop your commercial knowledge and skills.

We are looking for someone who is organised, methodical and accurate, with the ability to manage data and documents effectively. You will have previous experience in a commercial administration role, strong prioritisation and organisational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable working with numbers and have good commercial awareness.
You’ll also need good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, as well as a full UK driving licence.
